Within the private equity industry, Partners Group operates one of the largest Industry Value Creation (IVC) teams globally. The team is fully integrated into the investment process and devises and implements operational value creation initiatives throughout the lifetime of an investment, aiming to create lasting positive impact.  We currently have over 200 value creation initiatives ongoing across the portfolio.
